Is it possible to disable "Forget this network" context menu that appears in Mobile Broadband?

Some users have this and some do not.

We do not want any users to have it because it resets their network to default and they lose their APN settings.

Im afraid theres no official way to remove this option.

It can be removed by setting the ProfileCreationType to OperatorProvisioned
